Bleed
To avoid an unwanted white border, drag all background content to the edges of your template. We’ll trim your sign between the safe area and the bleed line.
Safe Area
To prevent content from being cut off during the printing process, keep all key text and logos inside this zone.
File Format
When designing your sign, you may upload files in the form of a JPG, PNG or PDF. We recommend setting your document’s resolution to a minimum of 300 DPI and color mode of CMYK.
Outdoor signs are available for free pickup in 5 days. Expedited delivery is also offered.
If you’ve already created content for your outdoor sign, choose the Upload Your Own option to upload your finished design as a PDF, JPG or PNG. Please refer to the design guidelines to ensure your design is ready for print before you upload it.

On a budget? Opt for our 4 mm corrugated plastic material. If you’re seeking ultimate durability, we recommend our aluminum outdoor sign. Keep in mind, aluminum signs do not offer the option to add grommets, and are only available in 18" x 24". For a sturdy plastic material, we recommend our 3 mm PVC or our slightly thinner 1 mm polystyrene outdoor signs.

Due to the thickness of the aluminum, grommets are not available.
Yes, double-sided printing is available, with the option to print the same or different designs on the front and back. Select Double Sided on the product page to print on both sides. If you’d like to use the same design on each side, select Link Front and Back Designs in the design tool. Changed your mind? You can always remove or add back-side printing during the design process.
